1. Not legal advice

GetAffilert is a software tool for monitoring, reviewing, and documenting promotional content published by an organization's affiliates, influencers, publishers, and other partners. Nothing in the Service — including detections, findings, severity levels, rule templates, reports, or any content on this website or blog — constitutes legal advice, and none of it creates an attorney-client relationship.

Whether any particular content, claim, or disclosure complies with the laws and regulations applicable to your products and markets is a determination for your organization and its qualified legal counsel.

2. No guarantee of detection or compliance

Automated detection has inherent limits. GetAffilert may not identify every risky claim, missing disclosure, or non-compliant content, and it may flag content that is in fact acceptable. The Service is designed to support — not replace — human review and professional judgment. Use of GetAffilert does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, platform policy, or network rule, and does not prevent violations from occurring.

3. Monitoring scope

The Service analyzes the sources your organization registers, at the times scans run, subject to your plan limits and the technical accessibility of the content. Content outside registered sources, content published between scans, and content that cannot be technically retrieved is not analyzed.

4. Third-party content

Content analyzed by the Service is created and published by third parties. GetAffilert does not author, endorse, or assume responsibility for that content. Evidence captures reflect content as retrieved at scan time and may differ from what other viewers see or what is published later.

5. Relationship to our Terms

This Disclaimer supplements and does not replace the Terms of Service, which contain the full provisions governing use of the Service, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
